Balanced is used by keeping same colors close together and adjacent. The clouds are close together along with the green, the clouds also made horizontal visual links. Perspective was made through layering the colors and shaped. I tried to make the clouds fluffy so give them a sense of motion as well. I tried using harmony by using the same brush on the sun beams and tree leaves, which helped the unity as well. Using a different brush and using the cool sun texture gives it variety.
